How it started
Granos was born out of a deeply personal journey, one that transformed our lives and led us to create a brand that stands for real, wholesome nutrition.
I’m Rahul, and for years, I struggled with weight issues and prediabetes, caught in a cycle of unhealthy eating habits that drained my energy and well-being. My wife, Priyanka, battled weight fluctuations and thyroid issues, making it even harder for her to find a balanced lifestyle.
Like millions of others, we were overwhelmed by misleading labels, processed foods, and empty promises. Every attempt at making healthier choices felt like a compromise—either on taste, quality, or purity. Determined to take control of our health, we made a commitment to change.
